Though there were shortcomings, the buggy staffers were very prompt and responsive!

The location with the beautiful sea view!

Overall is ok, but food will need to improve.

The location and the property design was quite relaxing.

The water from the shower head was no pressure, that caused very uncomfortable during showering.

We had a good time

I love the food at rocksalt bar. All the staffs were super nice and helpful.

The breakfast was all right, food price is expensive. The baby pool seems dirty. And there's no guy masseuse.

A place for family to gather. The pool was great and enjoyable.

The service by the personnel were great.Buggy servuce and van servuce was prompt.

Room a bit run down but stayable.Wallpaper will be great to enhance the appearance.

Overall, I won’t be back.

The jetski people were very good.

The banana boat was in maintenance Pizza at rock salt cafe was sold out for a few days and they didn’t have a few other dishes. Breakfast at Harris cafe was poor quality and same food everyday. The foam party on Friday was not announced and I missed it. There was no band No welcome drink

Poor Restuarent service . But Good stay

Great rooms, Good location, Nice beach and Great atmosphere. Facilities are super good.

1. Restaurant service can be improved especially the rock salt cafe. We went there for Dinner around 7:30pm find a lot of tables not cleaned. We tried to sit on a table and almost waited 15 minutes and even reaching to the crew multiple times, However no one cleared the table. And After that when we checked the availability of food, they mentioned most of the dishes are out of stock. Same for Iftar buffet also around 7:15 pm they mentioned no more buffet order which was disappointing. Hopefully can improve the service. I saw similar feedback in other reviews but I initially thought those are not right but experienced the same. 2. When I tried to order room service food, person on the phone keep redirecting to few other numbers to order food and after showing the frustration only they took the order( this is around 9 pm) . I called the number shown on the TV but seems like it is not helpful. Probably can improve on the attitude in replying. Not sure they have heavy workload causing the problem. 3.After the getting the card, we tried to open the room however we are not able to do so as card is not working. This lead we wait outside the room under sun for almost 10 minutes with baby which can be easily avoided. Overall apart from the service standard of Restaurant rest of the experience was good

Good

The pool and bubble shower was very good. Our kids enjoyed it. Overall the resort has good mix of activities and the location is also great. The food was really good. The staff were kind enough to replace a dish we had ordered due to miscommunication wherein the staff were not able to understand our requirement.

The staff were good individually, but we could see that the coordination between them was not up to expectation. We were promised a shuttle pickup from Batam Centre Ferry Teminal at 1PM. We waited for 1 hour at the terminal. We were not given updates regarding the shuttle even as we were constantly messaging to their whatsapp number. There was no response from the hotel due to which we felt let down. Finally we decided to take a taxi of our own, and on insisting the hotel reimbursed the taxi fare. But the overall inconvenience due to this ordeal was too much since we were travelling with kids and it was very close to lunch time. Also we felt that hotel could improve by have some staff with good knowledge of English since we had multiple issues with communication. It would be easier to have some of the staff with good English knowledge to help translate and to avoid confusion.

The huge room, great view, friendly staffs and relaxing atmosphere.

The lagoon pool was not as clean as expected, food and drinks abit expensive and can't swim at the beach.

Rooms was very spacious

I paid for an additional bed but the bed wasn’t set-up at the stipulated time that they said they would. It was 8pm when I get back to the hotel and the bed wasn’t set-up yet. I had to call them several times to ask them to set it up.

quite good, it would be better if we no need to wait the buggy car more than 15mins.

the garden view room and breakfast choices. such a good position. and the breakie was yummm!

slow response of the buggy car. waited 15-20++ mins just for a car to get up for breakie. we were starving waiting for the car. please improve!

Starting to look run down, standards have certainly dropped sadly, food could also do with improving

I stayed here when it first opened and it was lovely. One had to take into account the hospitality industry is still recovering but the hotel is starting to look run down, maintenance is very poor and as I work in catering it is disappointing to report this. Food wasn't great also. Ordered satay which was burnt and way overcooked, breakfast was basic. Only positive was the staff were very nice and polite. Hopefully management will try and address the maintenance as certain areas could do with a lick of paint and overall maintenance.

Will have like to return for a short staycay if not for our bad tummies during the stay.

Nice view of the hotel and clear night sky while we rode the buggy to our room. The masseuse did s great Job for me while I needed some gentle massage for relaxation. She did not make poor remarks that upset my day.

Poor water sanitation as our whole family had bad diarrhea throughout the whole stay.
