quite good, it would be better if we no need to wait the buggy car more than 15mins.

the garden view room and breakfast choices. such a good position. and the breakie was yummm!

slow response of the buggy car. waited 15-20++ mins just for a car to get up for breakie. we were starving waiting for the car. please improve!

Good

The huge room, great view, friendly staffs and relaxing atmosphere.

The lagoon pool was not as clean as expected, food and drinks abit expensive and can't swim at the beach.

Spacious room and staff are really helpful

Some of the towels are a bit old and get new towels.

We had a good time

I love the food at rocksalt bar. All the staffs were super nice and helpful.

The breakfast was all right, food price is expensive. The baby pool seems dirty. And there's no guy masseuse.

Starting to look run down, standards have certainly dropped sadly, food could also do with improving

I stayed here when it first opened and it was lovely. One had to take into account the hospitality industry is still recovering but the hotel is starting to look run down, maintenance is very poor and as I work in catering it is disappointing to report this. Food wasn't great also. Ordered satay which was burnt and way overcooked, breakfast was basic. Only positive was the staff were very nice and polite. Hopefully management will try and address the maintenance as certain areas could do with a lick of paint and overall maintenance.

Worth the price to stay over and the staffs are very helpful and friendly all the time.

The staff there are very very friendly and always try to solve our request. The food at Rock Salt cafe are very nice as well.

The breakfast provided should be more take care by the staffs as there are a lot of flies over there.

All is good.

All is good. Love the room, breakfast, beach & sports activities. Next visit will try Harris Waterfront.

Harris Balerang is a bit too far & dinner at the restaurant is pricey.

I enjoyed my stay and would most certainly go again.

The view from my room is great. The amenities is omplete. Perfect mini honeymoon place. I would definitely recommend this resort to my family and friends. The gardens are well maintained. Felt very calm and peaceful to see so much green and colourful flowers in a resort. The resort is far away from the city. I enjoy that alot.

The cleanliness is very good. However i find the floors were not mopped properly. Felt very squishy. The bathroom floor mat could have been washed better. The curtains had stains on them. The resort didn't allow any food deliveries. Which i could understand why. If only their menu was a lot cheaper, i wouldn't have had any qualms about that.the glass doors of the balcony could have been thicker for better sound insulation.

The staffs there were great, friendly!

The staffs there were great, friendly! I would like to give credits to these people, (Kristina, Anton, Elan, Felix and Leo). Kristina planned out the romantic dinner that i had plan for my husband and he loved it a lot! Great job to Felix and Leo for being patience with for 2 hours, enjoying our dinner. The ambience and scenery was fantastic. Thumbs up to Elan for being very friendly and kind to share about the resort and places of interest and activities that can be done. Nice of him to keep us updated for new promotion about the resort. Two thumbs up to Anton for making me and my husband enjoyed the activities there. Great knowledge, taught me how to play archery and i managed to pop more balloons than my husband. He played the games with us, the laughter we share while playing the activites. The staffs there are absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend you all to come here, especially those who wants to be on leisure and relax without having much to shop. I will come back here again for sure!

The only negative about the resort is the place is far from city centre. But its definitely a great place to stay!

The friendly staffs , like the environment, very cosy. Overall, enjoy the stay there. Will definitely be back.

The cats that came in to the hotel room area. Few electrical trips happened during our stay, but was rectified by the staffs immediately . Would be better if housekeeping could sweep the floor too, a bit dusty.

The staff was awesome.

The staff was awesome. Have alot of TV Channel option and the room size is nice.

Very far from everything. They not offer the all included. Breakfast and the food really expensive but not really worth the price. The room was not very clean. Beach is terrible. Very expensive for what you got. No kingsize bed.

Awesome stay!

They provide shuttle from Batam Ferry Terminal. which is awesome. Given that Harris Barelang is rly quite a distance from the city. Service staff and all are amazing. Breakfast is alright. Was assured that no China guests were in the resort with the coronavirus going on. Which indeed. Not a single china guest.

The pillows were way too soft and flattens out after awhile. Floor was super dirty, which is why they provide slippers but it wasnt enough with the kids, we had black footed kids running ard the room. So we wiped it down ourselves

Would visit again!

The breakfast spread is amazing, they have homemade donuts, cotton candy, waffles, detox juice and local desserts, which are not what you would normally find a hotel breakfast buffet, in addition to the usual english breakfast, local rice and noodles with dishes, fruit, cereal etc. The room is nice and simple but the first room we got had a noisy aircon which kept waking us up at night. Our room got changed when we informed front desk, so that was good. Service at HARRIS Barelang is excellent, I have never experienced such good hospitality at any place I've stayed. All the staff are really kind and friendly - it really feels like you're at a Club Med. Rock Salt Beach Club is also lovely. Would definitely recommend!

The breakfast was really yummy but I do feel on Saturday and Sunday (weekends), they sometimes fail to cater to the volume of people attending breakfast so if you come after 9am (breakfast is 6.30am to 10.30am), some items are no longer available. Also, this isn't a problem I faced on Friday and Saturday, but on Sunday, the live stations are quite overwhelmed so I had to wait about 20mins for eggs. I also found it a challenge finding a seat and bowls/plates to get food on Sunday as many tables were not cleaned as staff were overwhelmed by the volume.

Pros - the room was spacious and clean - Staff of the resort was helpful and friendly - The place was quiet and relaxing, with nice views of the water - Buffet breakfast was decent - Hotel shuttle to batam centre was quite useful

Far away from the crowded city, pretty ok hotel for Batam...

Far away from the crowded city, pretty ok hotel for Batam with good service and good views. Also, i can highlight the seafood restaurant next to the hotel, really cheap and tasty.

We stayed there for 2 nights and it's enough because nothing to do there. Rooms are big, but I'd say "not fresh"... towels, bedsheets, pillowcases were full of stains and we asked to change them
